What is ODI Index？
The user measures the average blood oxygen before going to bed before going to bed. During sleep, if the monitored blood oxygen level is 4 lower than the average blood oxygen before going to bed, and the duration is not less than 10 seconds, it is judged as a hypoxic event. During the whole sleep period, the average oxygen loss per hour is called the ODl index.
